Due to the unique and custom personalization of each order, refunds are not provided. In the event you want to cancel your order prior to it being shipped/scanned by USPS, we’re happy to do so minus a $3 processing and restocking fee.

lost orders

Each order is shipped with tracking that is emailed to you along with your order number when the order is first placed and when it ships. We take full responsibility for any orders that are marked undelivered or lost in the mail via USPS scans. If your order was marked delivered by the USPS but you did not personally receive it, it can be handled by contacting the USPS directly. Once orders are marked delivered by the postal service you’ve provided we do not issue refunds and we are not responsible for lost mail via theft, misplacement, porch pirates, sneaky neighbors, etc.

international vs domestic orders

International orders of books will vary in price compared to domestic orders due to high shipping costs, so we offer a discount on products to make up for the high shipping. In the event an international order is placed that is being mailed domestically, customers will need to pay for shipping or cancel their order minus a processing and restocking fee of $3. Additionally, ‘Gently Loved’ copies or certain special limited editions may ONLY be mailed domestically, if an international party places an order the order will be canceled and refunded minus a $5 processing and restocking fee.

Donations, Life Scholarships, writing contest &

membership areas

Donations are non-refundable. Memberships to the members only subscription area can not be refunded but no commitments are required and you can cancel at any time through the portal. As long as written cancellation is received 6 days prior to the next billing date, no further payments will be processed.
